Talk – Conjugating humanity: belonging, care and transformation in contemporary art and at the university

15.11 – 15.11.25
Sat, 11 am – 1 pm

On November 15, there will be a talk entitled Conjugating humanity: belonging, care and transformation in contemporary art and at the university. The event will take place from 11 am to 1 pm in the Bloomberg Education Space, on the third floor.

The talk brings together students, educators, and professionals for a dialogue inspired by the 36th Bienal de São Paulo, Not All Travellers Walk Roads – Of Humanity as Practice, whose curators propose rethinking humanity as a living practice in a world that calls on us to confront various processes of dehumanization. The meeting seeks to create a space for listening and exchange about belonging, care, and transformation, both in the universe of the arts and in the university experience.

The activity is part of Conjugations – Education, the public program of the 36th Bienal de São Paulo. The program offers activities inspired by playing, dancing, singing, gaming, and storytelling, inviting the public to actively and playfully immerse themselves in the exhibition, deepening practices of humanity and valuing diverse ways of being and living together.
