DJ Set – Gabi Pensanuvem

On December 13, Gabi Pensanuvem will perform a DJ set. The event will take place from 4 to 6 pm at the Varanda Bienal, the outdoor area of the Pavilion.

Gabi Pensanuvem has been DJing since 2009 and is the creator, producer, and resident DJ of several parties in São Paulo. She is currently behind Macumbia, which emerged in 2011 and pays tribute to various styles of Caribbean music; Desliza with DJ Mary G; Que Matinho é esse? with DJ Carol Selecta; and is part of the collective Cesta with DJs Dé Schuw, Ceci Tunes, and Discolada! Her vinyl selections blend psychedelic and smooth grooves in cumbias, funks, reggae, and other waves.
