Concert – Vanessa da Mata

27.12 – 27.12.25
Sat, 6 pm – 8 pm

On December 27, the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo celebrates the end of 2025 with a special performance by Vanessa da Mata, one of the most powerful and beloved voices in Brazilian music. The performance will take place in the central hall of the Ciccillo Matarazzo Pavilion at 6 pm, in an unprecedented edition that will remain open to the public until January 11, 2026, except on Sundays and on December 24, 25, and 31, and January 1, when the exhibition will be closed.

Renowned for her affectionate poetry, stage presence, and musical refinement, Vanessa presents her new tour, Todas Elas, directed by Jorge Farjalla, at the Pavilion. The show brings together tracks from the recently released album of the same name, hits from her career, and surprise moments, including a rendition of Puccini’s aria O Mio Babbino Caro and a delicate reinterpretation of Nada Mais (Ronaldo Bastos’ version of Stevie Wonder’s Lately).

For the singer, Bienal de São Paulo has always been a center for creation, exhibition, gathering of ideas, and promotion of the most inspiring culture. “I go there proudly whenever I can. It is an immense joy to be able to take my show, with songs I composed alone and with my dear partners, to the stage of the Bienal Pavilion. A show directed artistically by a sensitive and attentive person named Jorge Farjalla. I want to sing my best for everyone,” she promises.

The performance is part of the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo program and closes the 2025 calendar with a public celebration in the central hall. The show continues an extended cycle of musical programming, performances, and activations that will accompany visitors until the exhibition closes on January 11, 2026.

“Closing the Bienal year with a show by Vanessa da Mata is to celebrate the strength of Brazilian art in its fullness. It is a joy to open the final stage of the São Paulo Bienal with an artist who represents sensitivity, courage, and renewal,” says Andrea Pinheiro, president of the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo.
