Inspired by the sonic dimension of the 36th Bienal, this edition’s inclusive audioguide invites artists who work with the voice – singers, slammers, poets, and musical actors – to explore works by twenty artists, proposing an accessible route with artwork descriptions, diverse perspectives on their interpretations, related stories, and insights into the artists’ processes.
Featuring the voices of Xênia França, Rico Dalasam, Mel Duarte, and Dandara Queiroz, it offers a path from Precious Okoyomon’s work on the ground floor to Andrew Roberts’s on the third floor. As an inclusive audioguide, it is also available in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras). The content can also be accessed through QR codes provided on the labels of the selected works. The project is carried out by the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo team, with accessibility consultancy by Mais Diferenças.
